During grinding, the limestone is ground and evenly scattered on the grinding disc for stable operation, and then is pulverized through circular movement of grinding rollers along the disc edge. Via measured vertical pressure on the disc by two to three hydraulic systems, the coarse powder is squeezed by the grinding rollers to the disc's outer edge and channeled by uplifting gas to the separator for collection in the grader for screening and sieving.
The grader area consists of several screens of high-efficiency design that can be adjusted to achieve consistently high quality.
