SMS Micron Grader

SMS Micron Grader handles separation of particles with fineness rated 150mesh and above based on the principle of unequal centrifugal force and gravitational force during gas flow inside the machine.
Fine powder fanned by gas is fed into the micro grader from the pipe below. The unequal force between the centrifugal force generated by a built-in fan grader and gravitational force of gas flow into the grader pushes fine particles into the collector, with coarse particles discharged down through the grinding cone for further grinding. The secondary air inlet helps enhance grading efficiency.
