SLV Vibrating Sieve
Detail Specifications / Descriptions
With a powerful reciprocating, linear motion to minimize clogging of the mesh, the SLV vibrating sieve features high screening efficiency, broad application, large handling capacity and low operational cost.
The SLV is built with two eccentric hammers on either sides of the two shafts that are gear-synchronized to rotate in opposite directions to generate centrifugal force. When the two centrifugal forces from the shafts offset each other or multiplies, this mechanical design ensures large handling capacity through vibration at fixed angles in a reciprocating, side-to-side motion to screen material, with the vibration helping to minimize clogging of screen to achieve high operational reliability.
