The firm is ISO 9001-, ISO 18001-, ISO 14001-, AS (Australia)-, and CSA (Canada)-approved.
All-Logic exports more than 50 million safety eyewear products per year, all of them designed in-house and most patented in Taiwan and other countries. The firm's products not only comply with major international safety standards such as ANSI Z87.1, CE EN166, and AS/NZS 1337, but can also meet national standards in such countries as Brazil, Japan, and Russia. Some meet the CSA Z94.3 standard.
The eyewear maker says that its all-in-one organizational structure combines R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales to achieve the best possible performance in terms of product quality, cost control, and working efficiency. It insists that it will continue along this path with the aim of becoming the market leader in all-in-one OEM/ODM manufacturing by outperforming all other competitors in the market.
All-Logic claims the following capabilities:
a) R&D and Mold Development Department: from 3D graphic design to mold development, all is done in-house.
b) Manufacturing Department: a consistent production process from lens/frame injection; lens coating, lens cutting, frame painting, and assembly to packaging.
c) QA Department: a laboratory is equipped with a full set of testing equipment imported from the U.S. and Europe; implementation of a comprehensive inspection and testing system including both in-process inspection and final-batch inspection; certification of each shipment for quality compliance before it can be shipped.
d) Sales and Marketing Department: all products promoted and sold through the company's sales representatives for efficient control of product distribution and avoidance of market conflict.
