Economic Daily News Leads Taiwan Auto Push at AAPEX
2024/11/07 | By Andrew HsuAAPEX 2024, North America’s premier event for the automotive aftermarket, runs from November 5 to 7 in Las Vegas, showcasing 2,590 exhibitors from 52 countries.
This year, AAPEX expanded with a new venue: Caesar's Forum, significantly increasing exhibition space. Economic Daily News/CENS, the largest organizer from Taiwan, partnered with the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei (IEAT), Taiwan Transportation Vehicle Manufacturers Association (TTVMA), Changhua County Industrial Association (CHCIA), Taiwan Automobile & Motorcycle R&D & Strategy Alliance, Taiwan Forging Association, Taiwan Automotive Electrical Parts Association (TAEPA), TASDA, and other associations to establish an impressive “Taiwan Pavilion.”
Within this new exhibition space, Taiwan exhibitors showcased their latest innovations, supported by Economic Daily News/CENS’ dedicated service booth, which offered onsite support, matchmaking for suppliers, and a collection of buyer inquiries. The booth also highlighted professional industry magazines, including the Taiwan Transportation Equipment Guide (TTG), Taiwan Hand Tools, and Taiwan Industrial Suppliers (TIS), which have become essential references for buyers. The popular website www.cens.com is also featured, giving buyers access to comprehensive product information, saving time and streamlining their search efforts.
To further boost visibility for Taiwanese exhibitors, Taiwan Show Express, a highly readable news report, was produced and distributed in large quantities onsite. This publication, complete with product photos, underscores the professionalism and brand quality of participating companies, and provides clear booth locations to help guide visitors efficiently. Buyer interest in the publication has been very high, resulting in a strong positive reception.
On the first day, Economic Daily News/CENS reported that 70% of the buyers were from North America, 20% from Central and South America, and 10% from other regions, indicating strong international interest in the show.
