Spring Come is a Taiwan-based manufacturer specialized in auto parts. Founded in 1989, the firm started as a trading company that exports Taiwan–made auto parts. In 1992 it ventured into manufacturing and built a plant in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province of China to produce water pumps, engine bearings and rubber bushings. In 1996, Spring Come moved the Yuhuan plant into the Kanman Industrial Area to increase production capacity. To further expand and better serve  clients, Spring Come in 2003 built its second Chinese factory in Shanghai, which produces mainly water pumps and fan clutches.

In 2006, Spring Come formed a joint venture with Eastern Industrial Inc., a U.S. company that has been supplying water pumps for over 50 years. In addition, Spring Come has two other joint ventures making C.V. joints and drive axles in Taizhou and Pinghu, Zhejiang Province of China.

Spring Come is a major supplier of automotive OES (original equipment service), as well as products for high-end and performance markets. The company has advanced production facilities that produce high-quality auto parts, especially water pumps, fan clutches and C.V. axles, of original equipment quality for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, marine applications, forklifts etc. It has integrated operation covering design, development, die casting, forging, heat treatment, machining, inspection, performance testing, assembling and packing to enable on-time delivery and competitive pricing.

With years of experience in R&D, Spring Come is capable of providing a wide range of products of excellent quality and applications to vast makes and models, including American, European, Japanese, Korean or Chinese. The company's annual production capacity include: one million water pumps, 300,000 fan clutches, five million C.V. joints, 600,000 engine bearings, 3.6 million drive axles, and 30,000 performance lamps.
