Tenso's Robotic Arm for Plastic Injection is Marketed Globally

Chen, general manager, says the company's TEL-3500SNC3 server-controlled, transversely-moving arms are applicable to plastic injection molding machines weighing 3,500~4,000 tons, with the module function providing all needed motion control to allow 16,384 commands for programming and memory functions. With simultaneous presetting of X, Y, Z - axis action, the robotic arms can pick up products with preset locations, as well as pile products, with packaging process detectable and operational speed controllable.

Operation is shown on a LED screen that allows a maximum of 260 Chinese characters.
