CENS Exhibition Group to Attend Auto China 2012 in Beijing

Taipei, April 20, 2012 (CENS)--The 12th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition or Auto China 2012, one of the most important auto shows in the world, will be staged April 23-May 2 in Beijing, capital of China, the world's largest automobile market.

The Taiwan-based China Economic News Service (CENS), a leading media offering print and online product sourcing information on the automotive, motorcycle, machinery etc. markets, will lead a group of 13 Taiwanese auto-parts makers to the show.

Auto China 2012's schedule includes: April 25-May 2 for passenger cars and commercial vehicles; April 23-27 for auto components and parts; April 23-24 for the press; April 25-26 for trades; April 27-May 2 for the public. This year's event is spread across two venues, with the China International Exhibition Center (TianZhu) for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and the China International Exhibition Center (JingAnZhuang) for auto components and parts.

The Auto China 2010 attracted 785,600 global visitors, a record high for China's auto shows; 12,500 journalists from 1,564 media organizations (including 1,100 foreign journalists from 200 foreign media in 48 countries), was spread over 220,000 square meters, a new record, making it one of the biggest auto shows globally, with 990 vehicles displayed.

The CENS exhibition group this year will include many major auto-parts suppliers in Taiwan, including Askey Computer Corp., Shin Chin Industrial, Tectran Corporation, Tricore Corporation, Uniopto Electronics, Everchen Corporation, who will display wide ranging items as automotive-grade four-channel DVR, car switches, interior lamps, high-power LED work lamps, ignition coil, idle speed motor, throttle body, aluminum alloy wheels etc.
