With more than a decade of experience in designing and developing small-sized deep-hole drilling machines, Honge Precision Industries Corp. has got involved in the BTA deep-hole drilling machines.

At present, the company's major product lines are BTA deep-hole drilling machines, CNC deep-hole drilling machines, gundrilling machines, CNC screw cutting machines and honing machines.

The BTA deep-hole drilling machines feature fixed tools, suitable for processing a variety of shafts, barrels for plastic injection molding machines, oil-exploring pipes and gas pipes. The machine has 30-200mm in drilling capacity and 6000mm in drilling depth.

Honge president Liu Jen-hong notes his company has been paying attention to securing high precision and durability of its machinery products since its inception in 2002. The company has adopted company-wide computer system to help elevate product quality, production efficiency and reduce after-sale services.

In addition to the XL, XE and XLY-series horizontal medium-sized deep-hole drilling machines for processing shafts, Honge has also completed the development of XT-1000-CNC, XT-1200-CNC, XT-2500-CNC deep-hole drilling machines, which are suitable for processing plastic molds with maximum drilling depth reaching over 3000mm.
