The company is famed for its own brand of "Microntec" at home and abroad.
Adopting Fanuc or Mitsubishi absolute value CNC system, the CNC deep-hole drilling machine developed by Pioneer is easy to restart without zero-return operation to ensure random operations of high accuracy at any time.
The machine is equipped with servomotor with rapid traverse 0-6,000mm/min installed for stable operation and reduction in manual error. With a fourth axis (A axis), the machine can do all-direction machining job.
The machine boasts a drilling capacity from 3-32mm within the spindle speed of 50-6,000rpm (10,000rpm optional).
Pioneer notes it adopts an enforced rib construction on the column of the CNC deep-hole drilling machine to ensure the stability during cutting operations.
In addition, the company applies Turcite-B coating on the machine headstock to provide the maximum performance in machining accuracy. A T-slot table design on the machine can easily fix the workpiece with simple fixture design.
