WTP ring gage, plug gage, torque test block

Fascon Corp., boasting engineers with over 20 years of extensive experience in the fasteners industry, has aimed to supply whatever fasteners needed by customers, special drawing parts, and other C-parts meeting buyers' various requirements.

The company's services include: fastener supply; quality inspection; technical support to the manufacturer; providing SPC/PPAP level III reports upon customers' request; conducting technical seminars for suppliers and users; distributing WTP penetration gages for screw recess depth measurement; and distributing WTP ring gages for bits & screwdriver inspection.

Fascon claims that its WTP ring gages are produced according to the ASME B107.15 (of the United States) and ISO8764-1 (Europe) standards. These gages are used to check driver bits on a "GO-NO GO" basis; and they are available in Phillips, Pozidriv, Quadrex, and Square recess types. The recess sizes available are 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. In addition, the firm's WTP plug gages are used to check the driver fit in the screw recess. (QL)
