With expertise in making plastic extruding machines, Hong San Fu Industrial Co. has accumulated more than three decades of experience in manufacturing abnormal-shape extruding machines, yarn braiding machines and various types of hard and soft pipe extruding machines.

The company started business with the development and production of molds for products with abnormal shapes in 1973. With years of development, it is now concentrating on the production of high-end plastic extruding machines. The company has strong ability to help customers solve any thorny problem in plastic extruding arena.

At present, Hong San Fu's major product lines are extruder, knitted reinforced machine, yarn braiding machine, tank, take-up machine, cutter, winder, among others. The company says it has applied for new-type patent for yarn braiding machine with Taiwan's Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection under the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Thanks to the high quality of its products, Hong San Fu currently is capable of exporting 80% of its total output to the high-end market internationally.

The company has taken advantage of its strong R&D ability to overcome the defection of the PU (polyurethane) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) yarn braiding machines in tension control and movement control. The company boasts it has successfully developed high-efficiency yarn braiding machines with extruding capacity reaching 40 meters per minute.

In addition, over the past several years the company has been striving to develop the extruding machines in accord with the environmentally- friendly requirements. The company uses material-mixture and forming technologies to step up the efficiency of its extruding machines.

Hong San Fu's rich experience in helping customers solve problems in the extruding area in the early stage of its inception has earned it solid foundation to take orders on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis.

Over the past few years, the company has consistently secured tailor-made orders for specific plastic extruding machines to roll out specific products. (BS)
