Chyau Ban Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1987, is a specialized manufacturer of a wide range of fully automated and semi-automated machines.

The company began operations in Hsinchuang of Taipei County, northern Taiwan to concentrate on processing lathe and machinery components. To meet business expansion, the company moved main production facility to Shulin City of Taipei County in 1995. The company has won European CE certification.

With a work force of 20, Chyau Ban currently focuses on the development and production of cutting machines, packaging machines, interfolded facial tissue making machines, hand napkin making machines, embossing rollers, interfolded paper napkin making machines, among other kinds of automated and semi-automated machinery.

The cutting machine developed by Chyau Ban is properly designed to cope with production of diversified tissues and napkin making equipment, etc. The machine can cut various tissue products with high-speed circular cutter, and introduce inlet apron band and outlet apron band to conduct 136 cuts per minute. The cutting size can be adjusted upon request. Applying PLC (programmable logic control) human-machine interface, complete automatic controlling, and utilizing automatic sharpening equipment, the machine, weighing 2,600kgs, can reduce labor operation time.

Chyau Ban boasts it has been staffed with talented technical specialists with over 15 years of manufacturing experiences along with creative design ability. Its in-house R&D team is capable of designing innovative products in line with the world market trend.

In addition to domestic market, the company has distributed products to more than 20 nations, mainly to Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia.
