緯恩公司成立於2002年4月，現員工月約70人，主要業務分成瑞典小車汽車零件、歐洲卡車車燈、車燈改裝及OEM模具開發等四大類，今年起又增加美國卡車車燈及汽車電裝等相關產品開發。對於車燈本公司已成功完成LED﹑HID﹑ AFS等系統之開發及應用。
