楓之醇本舖沿襲自郭江玉英女士，數十年來的醃漬經驗，從青、蔬菜、豆腐之批發到簡易加工保存，進而將其原有之傳統口味加以醃漬，並加上特製的醬料予以保存，創造出獨樹一格的客家傳統醃漬食品，榮獲2007年度經濟部優良服務作業規範GSP服務認證。
