The Group was founded in 1983 by Mr. Keen Hsu in Taiwan for the manufacturing of outdoor lighting Products. At the year 1991, Bright started to develop aluminum outdoor lighting products with infrared motion sensor and also explored the European market successfully. Bright obtained ISO -9002 Certification became the first one to obtain such certificate in lighting industry in China.
