20年前阿金姐工作坊从厨房出发，到现有自己的加工厂，无论卫生设备或产品的包装，一直在求新求进步，唯一不变的是坚持不添加人工甘味或化学物；产品多以玻璃罐装，以保持品质的稳定。1996年加入农会的柑橘产销班，以保证价格收购酸桔做成客家桔酱。
