Transform Industry was founded by a group of people from northern Taiwan’s Jinshan District where most families grow yams that are local specialties. After half a year of studying food processing and packaging techniques, seeking partners, sourcing materials, and making marketing plans, we’ve launched Before Sunset vacuum-fried yam chips.
