tech Corporation is a professional SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) device-designing and manufacturing company. ftech was founded in November 2000 and located in Tainan Science-based Industrial Park. Now we pursuit to be a leading company in designing and manufacturing SAW devices and RF modules in Taiwan. Our major module products are GPS modules and related end products such as GPS CF card, GPS handheld system and GPS antenna for now.

　　Our products include IF/RF SAW filters, SAW resonators and SAW sensors. They are widely used in Wireless LAN, Mobile Phone, Cordless Phone, Tuner, GPS, Security System, Remote Controller, Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (TPMS) and Biological & Chemical Sensor.

　　To promote competitiveness of our products, we have experienced R&D and process engineers with Master's or Ph.D. degrees for developing new products to meet our customers’ needs. Besides, we also have one 4-inch wafer Fab facility including Class 1000 and Class 100 clean rooms. The main purpose of the production line is to verify the feasibility of producing wafers that we design for our customers. Now the capacity is nearly 3000 wafers per month.
