HO CHENG GARDEN TOOLS Co., Ltd.; originally named Ho Cheng Industrial Works; was established in 1971 by the President Mr Shuei-Shing Huang as experts in the manufacture of a series of lopping shear and hedge shear garden tools.
Since 1971 the business has grown very fast, and in 1978 invested more capital and was renamed
Ho Cheng Processing & Manufacturing Company
Our Company President, Mr Shuei-Shing Huang, insists upon policies that achieve a high standard of excellence, reliability and competitive pricing through; strict quality control, Using modern management methods and technology, and, by meeting scheduled shipping times.
In 1985, the name was changed to Ho Cheng garden tools Co., Ltd; in response to growing customer demands. In order to accommodate growth, systems and facilities were enlarged and reorganized to make room for further improvement in mass production in both quality and quantity.
Our goal is to continuously improve exisiting products and maintain quality at reduced cost, through the development of new product designs and precision automated equipment.
In 1995, our TUV and GS certifications were approved, and, In 1999, our ISO 9002 quality assurance system was also approved.
We will continue to produce tools that strengthen the competitive advantage of our customers within the areas of both quality and price. We regard our customers as an extension of our company, and; by maintaining quality tools, competitive prices and reliable delivery; we take responsibility and pride in their success.
