Jan Chen was established in the June 1989 and initially specialized purely in machining and grinding of slides. Since 1998, on the basis of self-own equipment and machining technique, we've successfully developed a complete product line of slides available in a wide variety of sizes and specifications.
For the past decade-plus, we've been dedicated to quality improvement and manufacturing quality slides based on the concept of quality first, innovation, service and accuracy. In order to meet the ever-changing market's needs, we launched high precision boring spindle heads in 2005 available in all sizes. In addition, the combination of our slides and spindle heads brings our customers convenience and cost-effective products.
Our new facility, as a milestone of the company, was finished in 2005 with an area of 1,000 square meters. We are an ISO 9001 certified company with modernization work plan and operation procedures, which in turn upgrades our machining and assembly techniques. We've been committed to strict quality control, product accuracy and zero-defect goal. With the concept of complete product manufacturing, we've purchased more machining equipment, including CNC milling machines, boring machines, conventional milling machines, and dedicated milling machines with the largest grinding capacity of 1000mm wide and 1000mm high and 5500mm long. With a complete line of machining equipment and the state-of-art technique, we are able to serve our customers worldwide with quality products at competitive price and meet their most demanding requirements.
