In order to respond to the interaction of the world environment and Taiwan’s economic situation, we keep diversifying our portfolio by basing ourselves on Taiwan、encamping ambition on China、taking a broad view upon the world； expanded items are as follows: 1. In October, 1992, 「BEIJING HANDGEN WOODEN PRODUCTS CO., LTD 」stood as a joint venture with the government of Beijing city to produce wooden articles for inland and outland marketing with registered capital of 30 million RMB.
2. In February, 1993,「WORLD SOURCE TRADING LTD.」established exclusively with our own investment associated with two-sided techniques and advantages over human resources of the straits; further, initiate the second prosperity of enterprise along with registered capital of 457 million HKD and ISO 9001/2000 certificate (No. 2193-1).
