Guang Yih Agricural Chemistry CO., LTD was founded in Taichung, Taiwan in 1945, which has over 70 years. Our main product is Caramel Colors and have two kinds for caramel. First is plain caramel which fabrication without using ammonium salts or Sulfites and made with carbohydrate. The other is Ammonia caramel which is made with carbohydrate and ammonium salts and without Sulfites.
