Changde Dongding Power Machinery CO., LTD. (originally named Zhejiang Yuhuan Zhengdong Auto Parts Factory) was founded in 1990. As a member of Light Automobile Repairing Association of China, the company mainly manufactures spare parts of automobile engine and it is one of the well-known companies producing auto parts at the domestic market as well.
Changde Dongding Power Machinery CO., LTD. is located at the foot of the beautiful and rich Hefu Mountain, near Yuan River, covering an area of 43000 square meters, with constructed area of 23000 square meters. Adjacent to the national high way, Shichang railway, Tao Huayuan airport and Changde harbor, the company can easily take the advantage of the convenient transportation. Nowadays, our company owns more than 200 manufacturing equipments, a specialized production line as well as three soft production lines. Moreover, the annual productive capacity reaches 120000 pieces of cylinder block, cylinder head, and crankshaft each year. At present, the products of our company include 498Q cylinder head, cylinder block, crankshaft, medium cylinder; CA488 crankshaft; 6BT5. 9 cylinder head (CUMMINS engines); GM 6, 5L cylinder head; JV481 cylinder head, cylinder block, crankshaft, medium cylinder; AJR / AHP 481C / D / E / G / Q cylinder block; 2L /3L / 2L2 / 2LT / 5L cylinder head (TOYOTA engine);4JB1/4BD2T/4BA1 cylinder head (ISUZU engine); 2. 3L / 2. 5L / 4.0L cylinder head; 4G54 cylinder head (MITSUBISHI engine) and so on. On October, 2000, our products have passed the test of National Machinery Industry I. C. Engine Product Quality Test Center (Tianjin). In December, 2002, our products passed quality and technology test. In 2003, our products were honored with a golden metal for technological innovation in the new technology product exhibition trading conferencing demonstration fair of Hunan province. In July, 2004, we were granted the certification of ISO9001 international quality system attestation. In 2005, we were honored with the title of the unit with trustful quality of non-government enterprise of Hunan Province.
