By starting from the light-guiding characteristics of the transparent plastic plates and the highlights of LED & CCFL configurations, our engineers with rich theoretical & practical experience make every effort to learn leading technology, to devote them to exploring new techniques, to study new materials and to constantly optimize product natures and structures. With a view to grasping and utilizing the world advanced key technologies of backlights, Pepnice always design and supply reliable backlight products of low power consumption, high brightness and excellent uniformity.
To cope with the high demands for optoelectronic products in the international market, our company setup 6000m2 clean room workshop with automatic/semi-automatic equipments and full set of optical detection/measurement instruments. We also setup a 10000-class clean room (200m2) for plastic light guide plate injection in order to meet the environmental cleanness requirements. Pepnice possesses its own mold-making workshop with over 30 advanced numerically controlled milling & tooling equipments. Our tooling workshop is a guarantee for effective mold development cycles and for us to offer customers the most convenient.

Both the incoming quality checking (IQC) of raw materials and outgoing quality checking (OQC) of finished products must be strictly conducted in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the quality control procedure documents. In addition, Pepnice pays special attention to product reliability and life tests, such as high/low temperature storage tests, constant temperature & humidity impact tests and vibration test, to ensure the company’s quality reputation and customers’ final interests.
