Development Process
1973
Chairman Peter Lin founded LIANG-SHING in Taipei dealing in electronic.spare parts industry.
1983
A joint Venture with TXC Corporation to manufacture Quartz Crystals and Oscillators units was formed.
1984
TAI-SHING began importing and exporting Electronic components.
1987
Introduced manufacturing of Nintendo compatible TV games.
1988
LIANG-SHING Components Corp., became the largest retail electronics store in Taiwan.
1992
A Relay and Solenoid division was established and a joint venture with
ELLI-ECHO in China was formed.
1993
A joint venture was formed with SUN MAGNET to manufacture Solenoids.
1997
4 franchised retail stores offering electronic components were developed into LIANG-SH ING 3C WORLD in Taiwan.
1997
NINGBO TAI-XING (TAI-SHING) ELEC. was established to manufacture Relays and Solenoids in China.
2001
TAI-SHING and LIANG-SHING were combined to form a large scale electronic company.
2002
A total of 10 franchised retail stores will have been formed.
