With over 60 years of professional practice in fermentation techniques, Kokumori has come to enjoy an excellent reputation within the food production industry. Thanks to our use of natural brewing methods and reliance upon the highest quality food science knowledge and scientific design, we have received government food standard certifications such as, CAS, GMP, Southeast Asian Halal certificate, and the Council of Agriculture’s organic verification certificate. In recent years, we have established a Kokumori Vinegar Museum and an Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs-accredited, tourist-friendly factory. Our factory offers visitors an extensive and exciting glimpse into the “culture” of vinegar.
