INDEX ROTATING TABLE SHOT BLASTING M/C

This m/c is designed against the large work piece which is not suitable to hang for handling or large but thin ribs work piece those are deposited on the rotating table at low speed. meanwhile, the work piece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrators in hi-speed continuously, after then, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc., which adhesived on the work piece surface will be cleaned in short time, the processed work piece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processings.

Simple of operating and the operator is just deposit the processing work piece on the working table as fig shown.
