This innovation not only boosts production efficiency but also significantly reduces operational costs.

The JIT system features an advanced automatic carton packaging system. This includes a carton erector, roller and belt conveyors, inkjet printers, a flat folder/carton sealer, an optional code reader, and a robot for pallet stacking. This fully automated solution enhances production efficiency while saving space, materials, labor, and power consumption. Additionally, the die-cut recovery system ensures that 100% of the die-cut material is reused, reducing waste and lowering CO2 emissions by 10-15%.
