Founded in the early 1980s, Jenn Chong Plastics Machinery Works Co., Ltd. is a globally recognized maker of high-quality extrusion systems for the plastics industry.

Jenn Chong has developed a wide range of plastic extrusion machines to meet the specific needs of customers worldwide, with its product lines including complete blown-film extrusion systems for single- or multi-layer film, monofilament extrusion system, flat-yarn making machines, fibrillated yarn making machine, extruded net making machine, strapping brand making machine, and turnkey equipment for plastic and woven bags.

All of Jenn Chong-made extrusion systems are made in compliance with major international standards, and the maker became ISO9002 certified in 1998, ISO9001 in 2000, and obtained CE machinery-safety mark in 2004, all of which ensure high product quality and reliability.

Jenn Chong claims to have an in-house R&D department in charge of developing innovative products. “Thanks to our dedicated R&D unit, we can easily supply high-quality extruding systems, which has helped us to win the confidence of our customers,” says James Huang, the export manager. The company has over 500 customers in over 70 nations.

In recent years, Jenn Chong has been doing its utmost to develop, improve monofilament and heavy-duty PET (polyethylene terephthalate) strapping band-making machines. The monofilament extruders are suitable for making PP/PE (polypropylene/polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), nylon (PA6, 66, 6/66 copolymer) and PET for various industrial applications. The company has also developed a PET extruder line for making heavy-duty PET strapping band from recycled PET bottles. (BS)
