Founded in 1989, Proband Machine Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier of edge banding and trimming machines for furniture production.

With strenuous R & D efforts, the company has developed its newest longitudinal veneer splicing machine, PBVS-1, which features plate chain hold-down cylinders to minimize friction to ensure jointing operations under a small pressure of 0.2kg without the glitch. With a maximum jointing speed of 45m/min, the machine can also handle specially treated veneers at only 0.3m/min.

Furthermore, with a heat curing function, the edge gluing machine turns out jointed workpiece without any glued gaps or lines. The machine allows maximum jointing thickness of 3.5mm, ideal for a wide range of uses. (SC)
