Sunny Enterprises Co., Ltd., established in 1966, is one of Taiwan’s leading manufacturers of hydraulic presses. The company also offers a wide range of precision hydraulic cylinders.

In 1978 the company began mass-producing hydraulic presses. Before transforming into a specialist manufacturer, the company served as a sales agent for such renowned Japanese brands as Kawasaki, Nachi-Fujikoshi and Ihara.

Headquartered in Neihu District of Taipei City, the company has a modern factory of 3,960 square meters to handle CNC processing, cylinder tube honing, lathe processes, profile product inspection, surface roughness inspection, and hard chrome plate thick inspection.

The ISO9001:2000- and CE-certified firm’s major product lines are pneumatic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, die casting trim presses, hydraulic broach machines, pneumatic presses, special automatic machines, C-frame hydraulic presses, power units, four-column hydraulic presses, and lubrication units.

Kao Wen-hsiang, president of Sunny, says his company’s R & D department has been dedicated to developing innovative high-quality products and its management and marketing unit has helped the firm penetrate overseas upper markets. The company also provides on-the-job training to upgrade the skills and machinery know-how of its workers. (BS)
