Lung Yi Machinery Co., Ltd., located in Changhua County, central Taiwan, is a dedicated supplier of warehousing systems and related equipment with decades of experience.

Technically supported by Sheng Chyean Enterprise Co., Ltd., one of the top-five suppliers of bar-making machinery in the world presently and well known for its own brand SC, Lung Yi has effectively worked out its proudest product: computerized warehousing system.

The warehousing system is developed with modular design for expandability, allowing users to easily plug each individual unit into another for efficient addition to inventory. More notable is that the modular design makes the system more space-efficient and easier to install and maintain than competing models.

Built with a remote access to servers to directly link databases, the system enables manufacturers to monitor their inventory more accurately and efficiently. Plus, full computerization of the system and a user-friendly human-machine interface can help operators to effectively avoid operating errors and allow companies to minimize conventional paperwork on inventory reports to enhance their overall operating efficiency.

In addition, the company also designs a gear-driven transport system, in which each gear is fine-tuned to fully match another for surefooted moves, so as to achieve higher accuracy of each move of storage racks of the warehousing system than traditional models. Such automated transport can also prevent storage racks and products from falling from warehousing equipment to minimize industrial hazards.

Available in two models, the system is configured in pallets and baskets, with the former rated at up-to-1.5 metric tons and the latter 50kg. The firm also accepts made-to-order designs.
