2009/04/02 | By | FORMOSA EPITAXY INC.Formosa Epitaxy Inc. (FOREPI), a leading Taiwanese manufacturer of LED wafers, recently introduced its LED lighting products mainly composed of streetlights, T8 lamps, lighting fixtures and lamps.
Founded in November 1999 and listed in 2003, FOREPI has focused on production of InGaN-based LED wafers and the only Taiwanese LED chipmaker to supply full spectrum of high power blue, green and near-UV InGaN chips. It spent the least time launching volume production of the wafers and chips on advanced metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCV) process.
Its chips have been adopted by manufacturers of outdoor billboards, LCD backlights, auto lamps, traffic lights and indicators before going into lighting equipment.
The company has won approvals attesting to its products' reliability, illumination quality and excellent electrical property.
