Yunsing Industrial Co., founded in June 1972, specializes in producing automatic cold-roll forming machines and such products as roofing and wall cladding, automotive parts, furniture, corrugated sheets, stepped tile roofing, floor decking, C-channel, ceiling T-bars and partitions, rolling shutters and door frames.

Yunsing says the metal-sheet cold-roll forming machine is designed to shape various kinds of metal sheets, and the main part of the technique lies in the design of rolling wheel modes.

The company uses S45C and SCM4 steel as materials in shaft of the machine; SK2, SUJ2, and SKD11 steel in rollers; and SKD11, SLD steel in cutting blades. The company has obtained SGS and CE mark certifications. The YS-914 steel roof and wall cladding roll forming machine is designed for making good-quality steel roof or wall panels.

The machines features programmable logic controller, man/machine interface, high-quality effective hydraulic system, rollers with hard chrome coated, gear and chain driven rollers, and uncoiler with car and cutters driven by hydraulic system.
