This printer is designed for printing of flat surfaces such as PC board,flexible plastic,aluminum board,acrylic sheets, metal sheets,self-adhesive paper,glass,transfer printing paper and decoration boards.
FLAT SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE :
1. The squeegee printing system utilizes an imported linear bearing guide for extremely stable printing.
2. Sensor is provided for controlling the printing stroke, which can be erally adjusted to suit various screen sizes.
3. New pneumatically operated printing head lifting design provides nvenient replacement of squeegee,flood bar and screen,as well easy access for cleaning. The device is interlocked with an ergency stop to ensure the safety of the workpiece, screen and erator.
4. The printing table is radially designed to provide powerful suction with sy control.
5. The flood bar can pre-coat ink or coat ink during printing, minimizing screen clogging.
6. The printing table is equipped with 3 sets of micrometric adjustment knobs for precision gnment of printing in lengthwise,lateral,and angular directions.
7. Pneumatically driven,low-noise levels,pollution and trouble free performance.
8. The screen is vertically positioned to prevent ink overflow from the side, and lower ink nsumption.
