A dedicated tea grower, we, at La Ming Tea Ltd., initially relied on outsourcing but with disappointing results. So we decided to learn tea making, with the second-generation humbly starting from scratch to master the art of tea making in-house, including the finer points regarding soil quality, cultivation, plant trimming, pest control, temp and humidity control etc. Eventually investing in own tea making plant, we have perfected “low-temperature roasting” to enable tea lovers to enjoy the genuine taste of Mt. Li teas, also realizing our goal to market Taiwanese tea culture globally.
