In 2008, GPTM was created by US & Taiwanese investors who believe that a high precision tool and mold shop can be built in China to meet the requirements of the most demanding molders and mold builders in the United States and around the world, construct world class molds and tooling, provide a consistent high level of service, and most important, deliver globally competitive pricing. GPTM is managed by a team of professionals with manufacturing, commercial, finance, and international project management backgrounds.
GPTM is located in a 65,700 f² (6,100 m²) facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, P.R.China. It is conveniently located less than one hour from both the Hong Kong border and the Shenzhen international airport . We invite you to learn about our company and visit our operations.

Utilizing Best Practices of the East & Wes
GPTM produces tools, molds, and mold tooling for the connector industry. Our tooling frequently has multiple dimensions with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.0001”. To manufacture at this level of precision we have imported state of the art equipment from Switzerland, Japan, and Taiwan. GPTM also imports much of its own tool steel to guarantee the origin, quality, and integrity of its material. GPTM adopts best practices throughout its quality management and inspection system. The inspection department is equipped with a variety of high precision inspection instruments including a Trimos Digital Height Gage, Nikon Electro-Optical Comparators, and Nikon Height Gages. Each work stations is outfitted with Swiss indicators and surface plates for in-process inspection. Additional optical comparators, tool maker micro-scopes, and both English and Metric gage blocks made of both steel and ceramic are available for toolmakers use during production. Our tool makers and inspectors at GPTM have also been trained by American tool makers in “best practice” production and inspection methods. GPTM is dedicated to continuous improvement and will expand its production scope in scale in coming years.
