Ray Fu Enterprise performed admirably well this year regarding revenue, reporting a YoY growth for orders on par with last year before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the economy.

The firm saw the most increase in the Americas, followed by Europe and the Asian-Pacific region. Steel prices warming up in Q4 and a high China Steel Corp price have buoyed the steel metal industry's recovery amid the pandemic. Ray Fu's top product lines maintain a significant reputation among its respective fields, including construction, automotive vehicles, machinery, and unique aluminum fasteners. To bolster its competitiveness and added-value, the firm is also actively implementing smart machinery and AI capabilities into its production.

Ray Fu observed that global, overseas expos and business travel for procurement opportunities have ground to a stop due to the pandemic. However, thanks to the previous years of building up its reputation, Ray Fu benefited greatly as their clients trusted them to continue to deliver and make orders with them amid an unprecedented global supply chain disruption.

Ray Fu's primary expertise is in producing hardware fasteners and wire materials for construction products. The firm sources its wire raw materials from China Steel Corp, with the C1018-C1022, 10B21 as the most popular varieties. Basing its manufacturing in Taiwan, Ray Fu can produce various screw specifications between 1.78mm to 10mm, mostly for construction and automotive applications.

The firm handles operations in processing and selling wire-made products and fasteners bound for overseas markets. Ray Fu has plans to transfer its existing product lines, such as construction and automotive-use fasteners, to produce higher-added value products. For example, the firm is currently evaluating whether to pursue developing fasteners in the aerospace industry.

Ray Fu was awarded a 2020 D&B Top 1000 Elite SME Award, with the chairman attending the awards ceremony himself. The China Credit Information Service's Top 5000 Performing Award awarded Ray Fu an outstanding award as well. The two awards reflect Ray Fu's commitment to sustainable management and setting future management goals adhering to ESG standards. Aside from offering quality products, Ray Fu hopes to improve client and internal employees' satisfaction and build up its brand values.
