8761 4-wire cable or connector tester has 64、128 and 256 test pin. Included 8761N、8761NA、8761FA series. The different between 8761N, 8761NA, 8761FA is AC and DC voltage.
The on-state impedance accuracy is 10 times the 8751, avoiding the resistance issues caused from adapting the fixture wires, making the on-state measurement more accurate. To achieve the resolution of the on-state resistance of 1mΩ, the multiple filter line at the power supply is used, which reduces the generation of ripples 10 fold and also reduces thermal consumption and external power interference, giving the tester more measuring stability.
