The list mode function can set eight sets. Low frequency 6365A (0.1Hz~200kHz) can measure aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Support USB Host、RS-232、GPIB、Handler、LAN interfaces. Optional PC software for graphic analyzing. Usually using in production line, quality assurance or incoming quality control or automated testing department.
