1981 Yu-Chang Industrial Company was established and produced pressed module and tooling design.
1982 To produce professionally the accessories of tooling box.
1983 To Re-name company as" Hsin-Ye Industrial Company".
1987 The capacity of producing hardware accessories for tooling box is over 1KK sets / year, the market sharing is over 70% in Taiwan.
1991 Building up the owning new plant in Taichung Industrial Zone in order to offer quick service to customers and developing various hardware.
1994 To Re-named company and owned brand as " Asmith " since 1994, meanwhile the new plant located in Taichung Industrial Zone started to provide the service.
2000 Developing, manufacturing and marketing our hardware products will be our long term target and the mission. Asmith will also focus on the product groups including:
(1) Hinges (2) Door Latches & Locks For Panels (3) Draw Latches (4) Leveling Glides For Legs (5) Handles (6) Stays (7) Castors
2002 Promoting owning brand as" Asmith" since 2002.
2003 Asmith co-worked and developed new products with Industrial Technology Research Institute.
2004 To start to promote Asmith's products in the worldwide.
2006 Asmith has been qualified by ISO 9001:2000.
2007 To reach the request of RoHS compliance in order to protect our environment.
2008 ERP system was applied for our administration.
2010 To build up pressing plant in Chang-Hua county, and frame the target and policy of researching and developing.
2012 Established China Branch in Shenzhen.
