1. The machine body is made of high tensile cast iron, rugged & robust structure and treated by various treatments & precision ground, abrasion resistance & durable, not to deform forever, which can be assured the machining accuracy & stability.

2. The column is designed of boxed structure & supported by three points, and robust structure. It is suitable for heavy duty processing. The special designed main spindle motor equipped with high precision bearings. The up & down transmitting for spindle is adopted high precision ballscrew, accuracy & durable. Furthermore, the small temperature rising is suitable for long time processing.

3. The machine base is also designed of boxed structure which can be loaded with heavy duty workpiece for grinding . The sliding way is adopted the design of V-shape & parallel, matched with forced lubricating device, so the longitudinal movement is stable & smooth.

4. The working table is drove by hydraulic motor and the speed of work table is controlled by throttle valve. The auto feeding is adopted servo motor driving, so the feed rate is accuracy & stable.

5. Concentrated control panel is convenient for operating.

6. The cooling system is adopted the central water supplying from motor, good of cooling effect.
