The machine body is made of high strength cast iron (above FC30) after normalized. Strong structure & excellent stability.

The quill is composed of high accurate steel alloy lead screw, Swiss made linear scale. High accuracy & excellent response of servo.

Servo control circuit is designed by analog, equipped with high quality DC servo motor to increase the sensibility of servo and to reduce the vibration of machining to stabilize fine finishing machining.

Multiple safety device: Oil temperature detector, auto fire extinguishing system.
