▶▶ Introduction :
Victory Pulverizer is designed for heat-sensitive materials and it is using pure impact energy. The victory pulverizer is an impact pulverizer, which is specially designed for reduction from coarse to medium size. It can pulverize a wide range of variety materials.And, it is also an efficient pulverizer in handling thermoplastic and other heat sensitive materials successfully. After grinding the material's particle size will be an uniform distribution. As a result, this pulverizer is not only capable to pulverize the heat sensitive material but also capable to grinding other materials as well.

CENTER FEEDING
The material is feeding into the center of grinding chamber because it is helpful for material to spreading uniformly.
MULTIPLE LINERS & SCREENS
Liners and screens are divided to many pieces and installed alternately in the grinding chamber that creates the circumferential air flow. By this air flow, the uniform distribution is obtained. Also, liners and screens are interchangeable and suitable. They can be arranged differently depending on the production requirement.
ROTOR DESIGN
In the center of chamber, there is a multiple blade rotor. This rotor is a special design for grinding heat sensitive materials because of its low friction between particles. In fact, it has a precise space with the liners that produces an pure impact energy to the particles.

In this system, Victory Pulverizer and Pulsaire Dust Collector are installed with a Pneumatic Conveying System. Raw materials are feed into Victory Pulverizer by Flo-Tron feeder. After pulverizing, the product will be air transfer to Pulsaire Dust Collector by a fan.
In this system, Micron Separator is added after Victory Pulverizer. Therefore,after pulverizing the over size of particles can be either returned to Victory Pulverizer for further pulverizing or taken out of production line.This will help customers to collect more uniform fineness.
