1. The injection units are characterized by a high profile of the screw and by a correct thermal control, which assure a high and homogeneous plasticization per hour. The feeding and injection volume is cotrolled by high-level potentiometer; it can calclate The temperature control is with the advance P.I.D. control system. It can track the change of temperature, and automatically adjust the best heating curve to provide precise and stable temperature and avoid over heating on material. The plasticizing of material can reach the optimum. The injector can be moved forward and backward in long distance for an easy cleaning of material and maintenance. the injection volume precisely.

6. Each mould-holder houses one pair of mould (left and right shoe) and is equipped with a thermostatation circuit (cooling / heating system) - compressed air supply system - system for the control of mould filling.
7. Outsole plate is equipped with cooling circuit and can be switched on/off necessarily based on production. Especially in producing boot with thicker outsole, it helps shorten cycle time and forming of boot is better.
