We use EPE foam ( Expanded Polyethylene Foam ) as flotation material for our Buoyancy Aid. EPE foam is water repellent and has excellent restorability. It is also light, impact-resistant and etc. In addition, it is lightweight and non-toxic. It meets PAHs requirement according to ( Category 1 ) of ZEK 01.4-08 of German ZLS and its amendments as well.

a.Out Shell :
High quality two tone polyester Outer Shell,600＊600D ,
PU twice coating with Hydrolysis-Resistance.

b.Inner Layer :
NyloneInner Layer, 420＊420D,
PU twice coating with Hydrolysis-Resistance.

c.Zipper :
YKK 10V Detrin Zippers

d.Suture :
#40 Nylon Sutures for wetsuits.
