Featuring light weight, good looking, abrasion-resistance, and good power and heat conductivity, aluminum products are growingly applied to such industries as precision machinery, automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, electrical appliances, food packaging, aerospace and household hardware.
The international aluminum price rose from US$1,830 per metric tons at the beginning of 2005 to a 10-year high of US$2,019 in November of last year, and surged further to US$2,285 at the end of the year, for an annual growth of 25% in the past year.
