Introduction
Ofred Hwang, founder of Lexicomp Industry, and Alex Hwang, an experienced engineer at Lexicomp Industry, started the research and development of an Electronic Dictionary in 1985. In 1986, the first Chinese computer prototype was produced and a second R&D center was set up in San Francisco, California, USA.
Osoon afterwards, the LM-1 and LC-200 electronic dictionaries were developed under the Lexicomp brand name. Currently, our Super 3000 is our 16th generation electronic dictionary.
Olexicomp Industry is also well known for our Palmtop PC and Lexicomp Information Manager. Both of these products are sold worldwide. We have service locations in the U.S., Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Oour LC-8612 fax/modem and LC-8642 hard disk drive have been awarded the ROC government's "It's Very Well Made in Taiwan" and the "National Award of Excellence" in Taiwan.
Olexicomp Industry continues to invest in the development of high-tech products.
