l When requested, the motion sequences, machine structure and workplace size can be varied as desired.
l An electrostatic spray gun is available to save paint (optional).
l Normal daily production rate is 20,000 pieces (based on workplace length 300mm).
l Employs Mitsubishi P. L. C. All control components meet UL standards. Maintenance is not restricted by special components, for added convenience.
l The drying system features double safety protections. Various overload protections are provided, protecting the machine from dangers such as insufficient running speed of motor, poor heat dissipation, and excessive temperature.
